Who knows? Someone does but I rode the ride with a working Yeti and I have to say some of you work this up to much. Was it a cool feature? Yes. Is the ride ruined without it? No. I just don't remember a working yeti as that big of a deal. First time I rode it the backwards part was the biggest deal because I expected to plunge backwards down a hill, not really thinking I would like that. LOL.

I just think to many people make too big of a deal out of the yeti.

well personally i think its the best AA ever made. i eagerly wanna see it work again

People make a big deal out of it because it was the only feature keeping Everest from being painfully mediocre (figuratively speaking. Literal painful mediocrity would be the Matterhorn.) Those few seconds of seeing Kumar in action almost made up for the ride's other deficiencies, like Bird On a Stick. Almost.

Anyway, am I the only one who was completely lost in this thread until realizing they had someone on ignore? Whoo, that was a relief. Not going crazy (again.)

I'm guessing you love the minions ride? Simply an opinion. What makes me a troll for that?

Go back to the WDW thread if you love to snort so much pixie dust. You're obviously bashing Universal for no reason and just creating arguments in this thread. Saying FJ is a crappy Soarin? LMAO. Funny joke child, go back to the arm chair imagineering part of the boards or the WDW trivia section.

Clearly you don't understand.

In my ideal Mario Kart attraction you would somehow be visibly "racing" against other guests... and whether you can control your speed/strategy or if it was predetermined would be interesting... I"m sure giving the guests any "control" of their carts would be difficult but it would be awesome if they could somehow give a little of both or at least make it appear as if you are somewhat in control of your own destiny even if you're not... also it needs to somehow cleverly incorporate the "items" ... the cars should be able to spin out on a banana peel or toss a turtle shell at a competitor. If they can make this happen that would be AMAZING!
