Nintendo partnering with Universal to make attractions.

Alright, here's my master plan for Mario Kart:

At the core of the ride, it is go-carts. The real twist, though, would be... AUGMENTED REALITY.
Either by enlosing the vehicles with transparent sceens or by using AR glasses (like they tested at Legendary Truth last HHN), you could see the items on the track without having to actually use physical pieces.

If you were hit by an item, the ride vehicle would spin out atop the base, and they could use localized GPS to ensure that the cars were actually incapable of REALLY striking each other. Folks in the queue would be able to see the real-life action through large windows, and see the AR details on screens.

With this technology, you can play in the real world, but see anything that Creative wants you to see. Maybe, in the corner of the lens, they could have an Iron Man style HUD showing your placement in the race and other details.

It's a bit lofty of a goal, but, by the time WE get Nintendo, I DEFINITELY think all aspects would be achievable, and I truly cannot think of a better way to portray Mario Kart in a theme park.

Only problem is I can hear people complaining about the AR glasses making them sick.

Yeah, but how else could you make an attraction of this caliber? It literally puts you in the game, and maintains it as a game.
Uni designs attractions to be intense, then neuters them as necessary.

As to what Jimmy said I hope he is not right. My theme parks days are limited since my kids are getting older and so I'm I. Don't know about the rest of you but I hit theme parks now because of the kids for the most part. No kids and I have other places in the world to entertain myself.
Jimmy is not and will never be right because jimmy is an entity that feeds off trolling and lying or is actually deranged.

View attachment 134792 See that, thats a senior executive gold pass, thats what Comcast and Universal big shots use to visit the beautiful Universal parks around the world. Its a VIP pass for any and everything, and the only way to get one is to be, you know, a senior execuitive. That pass is how I roll now. Keep that in mind please.

What's the plan for Toon Lagoon and other unused or under used places at Universal? Pointless not to fill out the existing property before trying to launch a completely different area miles away from the main property.

Rumors be rumors so who knows exactly?

So, new possibility that E.T. actually could be going for this from JungleSkip a trusted insider on Orlando United. Not definite though.
