I'm extremely "meh" on Mario attractions. Love the games, but I don't like the way they translate to a physical environment. A dark ride through the Temple of Time while you're pursued by Guardians, on the other hand? Sign me up.

Perhaps.
I would have loved something along the lines of a village + castle of Zelda akin to Simpsons land.

As for Dark Rides.. I would have loved to see Metroid best.

They want to spread Nintendo over the three parks, like Harry Potter.

Zelda was proposed to replace what's left of Lost Continent, a land that has needed help since the arrival of Harry Potter and the closing of the Sinbad stunt show.
