I think like 10 minutes before the Bears kickoff. The problem is they are the Sunday night game and most teams don't post the inactive until an hour before kickoff. So I could get backup TEs but they would have to be from the Eagles or Panthers since they play Monday night. Who would you pick up from those teams?
I believe teams are required to list their inactive players and hour and a half before kickoff.

Also, if you don't want an Eagles or Panthers TE, you could always pick up Richard Rodgers or Andrew Quarless from the Packers. Rodgers has been getting and increased role in recent weeks, and he's had a couple of good catches. Better than nothing, I guess.

Fred Jackson is active for the Bills much earlier than expected. I still wouldn't start him against the Chiefs (or Miami unless I'm desperate for players with Forsett on bye), but after that he has some good matches that makes him worth a flex spot. Plus he may not be human considering how hard he runs and how quickly he recovers from injuries at an age considered old for NFL RBs.
Speaking of how age sometimes isn't a factor, did you guys see Steeler LB James Harrison in last Sunday's game? He brought an intensity that fired up his their defense.

That is a great idea! I totally overlooked the opposing team! Thanks @PUSH I will check it out now.

My toughest picks this week were the two games that are on in my region: MIA @ DET and SF @ NO.

We have nearly identical picks for the 1:00 games. The 4:00 games will probably be more identical picks since theirs a clear favorite in each game, so Monday night should make a big difference

Nothing's going Pittsburghs way. After a questionable call which called Michael Vick down rather than a fumble (Both announcers thought it was a fumble), the Steelers muffed a punt and give the ball right back

Meanwhile, it has not been a blowout in Detroit like it initially looked. Detroit was up 10-0 quickly, but Miami has come back to score 13 straight. Score is 13-10. I'm okay with getting this pick wrong if it means the Lions losing!

This rookie draft class has been amazing. Odell Beckham, Sammy Watkins, Allen Robinson, And Kelvin Benajamin have all taken over the top receiver duties for their team, and Allen Hurns, Brandon Cooks, Martavis Bryant, Mike Evans and I'm probably forgetting some, have all been amazing
