This rookie draft class has been amazing. Odell Beckham, Sammy Watkins, Allen Robinson, And Kelvin Benajamin have all taken over the top receiver duties for their team, and Allen Hurns, Brandon Cooks, Martavis Bryant, Mike Evans and I'm probably forgetting some, have all been amazing
It was supposed to be one of the deepest drafts at receiver in NFL history. And to add to your list: Davante Adams (GB) and Jarvis Landry (MIA). I still think Jared Abbredaris could have been a pretty good player for the Packers this year if he didn't tear his ACL in training camp.

I took you advice @PUSH and picked up Richard Rodgers in one of my leagues.
Well I hope it pans out! He hasn't had a lot of splash plays, but he has been getting more involved. I think he caught a 29-yard catch in the first Bears match-up. And he nearly had a TD in one game, but he tried to jump for it instead of keep running. He's raw, but his potential is huge.

St. Louis is looking pretty good lately! Maybe Austin Davis is their man? I'd imagine the Sam Bradford experiment is over, or close to it. Not for his lack of talent, but for his health concerns. I'm sure another team would love to take a crack at him, though.

I have the waiver wire to thank for my whole team basically. Only 6 of my 16 players in fantasy I actually drafted. With the failure of Zac Stacy and the Victor Cruz injury, I added Beckham Jr and Mark Ingram off waivers and they've saved my season

Can't believe te Saints loss that one. 49ers had us all game but we came back and to give up that 51 yd reception, wth, really? Also, that flag on the Hail Mary was BS, ayers fight and tussle on every single Hail Mary that's thrown and the refs decide to call it on that flop?

Also, be thankful we don't have a college football thread, LSU last night....

Oh, there's a college football thread and that game was most definitely discussed. :)

How is that not a penalty? Awful game. Embarrassing. Awful decision on the interception changed everything. Not like we could stop Lynch or Wilson anyway

Giants need to fire Fewell and Coughlin. Fire all coaches related to health and conditioning also. This team has talent, and with Eli's career winding down, they can't waste any more years of his career. He's still a super bowl caliber quarterback and they simply are wasting his years. This seasons been over for three weeks now anyway.

I'm still waiting to see about Bennett but even if he plays, the Bears brought him some help from the practice squad so even if he plays how much will that be? Who I play for TE might decide that outcome for me. The darn guy I'm playing has four Bronco players playing. Not creative but effective.

I can not stand Perry Fewell. The Giana are 28th in the league in giving up plays of 20 yards or more, dead last in opponents 3rd down effiency, and they can't stop mobile quarterbacks, and for the first time in NYG history they've given up 400+ yards for 4 consecutive games. And every time they show perry fewell, he's standing their laughing and smiling on the sidelines. They've had the same problems since week 1 of the preseason and he hasn't done anything to fix it.
Theirs a common misconception that this Giants defense has been good for years, but that's far from the truth. They haven't been a top defense since 2008. Even the year they won the super bowl in 2011 their D was trash until the playoffs. Time to clean house.
rant over

This team doesn't have enough talent to win on talent alone! There's no passion, no emotion and no fire from this team. The players need to be more like Dez Bryant. I don't care if he's a prima donna at times. At least he gives a hoot when his team plays like garbage! Man Down for Mariota and I guarantee a division title! Coughlin needs to go with him. His loyalty to under-performing coaches is hurting the team. And I'd give Jerry Reese the boot, too! I want a GM who isn't afraid to trade up or do the New England way of trading picks to get more picks.

Bennett is active.
