Sad situation. The most important thing isn't to keep him off a football field with lots of larger men but to keep him away from those kids without close supervision.Adrian Peterson once again deactivated indefinitely.
I sarcastically asked my best friend if he wanted to trade for AP in a text. He apparently hasn't heard about him being deactivated and took it seriously. I'm considering using this to my advantage and actually trading him...
Just submitted my picks. My tough ones for this week are... SD/BUF, BAL/CLE, SF/ARI, KC/MIA, CHI/NYJ. Last season some of these picks would be easy.
I agree, but Dallas is 1-1 right now. They got destroyed by the 49ers in week 1.some the picks are hard.. because I just can't see some teams actually pulling it off for 3 game straight..
Buffalo
Dallas
Houston
etc
They usually find a way to blow it... yet they are playing teams they should win against. It's like the law of averages... when are they gonna strike.

Interesting you brought up the preseason thing. I agree that week 1 is a terrible way to measure what a team is really made of. I would actually say the first month is usually a warm-up period. I think teams start finding their true identities in November.Yes.. I normally discount any week 1 performance. The preseason just isn't what it used to be.
I didn't mean to infer they necessarily were 2-0 - but what their identity was

Love this story! This is probably indicative of the character of most NFL players, unfortunately it's the bad ones that get all the attention. I had no idea Paul Kruger only had one kidney, it certainly doesn't seem to bother him at all. This is pretty awesome. Amid all the bad publicity that some players have been getting recently, it's nice to hear a story like this.

Thanks. We're all super excited here. My dad actually got tickets last night in case they clinched it, so he was there. We are all super excited in my house. This hasn't happened since I was 2 and has never happened in my brother's lifetime, so it's a first for us after supporting a losing team for most of our lives.Love this story! Congrats to you on your O's btw, I know it's been a long time. Everyone I know is so excited!
It is only a matter of time before ESPN sees how knowledgeable we are about football and gives us our own show.Good news everyone! Our pick'em group is ranked 1976th on ESPN.com!
It would be better than any of the shows they have now!It is only a matter of time before ESPN sees how knowledgeable we are about football and gives us our own show.
I'm just glad one person didn't pick the Bucs when the rest of us picked the Falcons. That was a death sentence for me last week.Looks like we all picked the Falcons. So far, so good.
