The Ravens beat the Jets 19-3. It keeps us in the running for the playoffs, according to newscasters here, but I'm not completely hopeful. And my parents will come home and complain about how cold they are:joyfull:

I'm a bit worried because we have the Thanksgiving game with the Steelers and this isn't a lot of time for them to rest.

Giants lose a tough one to Dallas 24-21. That one hurts. Awful redzone offense, a critical turnover, bad penalties and no passing game lead to it. How we can barely throw the ball vs this Awful defense beats me. Overthrows by Eli, and he didn't look in sync with the receivers. Plus our defense played great the whole game before giving up a game winning drive at the end. Well that probably ends our season. Hopefully the Eagles can pull out the division, I can't stand Dallas

Well the Giants are done so this is going to be me for the rest of the night season.

Horrendous redzone performance, bad throws, and ref calls that made no sense.

At least more than half of those penalties were preventable! Delay of games, Rolle not backing off when Murray was going out of bounds, Kiwanuka losing his emotions. Just stupid. Not having Nicks really hurt the passing game and the weather didn't cooperate either. But I agree. The red zone is a big mess. Killdrive is either way too conservative or too aggressive. He needs to learn a thing or two from Coach Orion from the Mighty Ducks. In that scene where Orion is giving them pep talk about confidence, he states, "Don't be careless but don't be too careful either. You cannot be afraid to lose!" Still, everyone knows Romo thrives in November but he'll fall flat on his face in December. If it doesn't happen by then, no way they win a single game in the playoffs! At least I hope not!

Anyway, on a different note, Josh Gordon got me a monster game for my fantasy team and every time I think I'll lose the lead in pick em, I find I'm still in the lead? o_O

we are all equally getting screwed by the upset picks. Chargers, Jaguars, Cardinals and Rams victories to name a few

Hmm. I got two of the four upset games right. I figured that Bruce Arians being the former acting coach while Pagano was out last year was going to be a big benefit for the Cardinals. They knew exactly what the Colts were going to be, who they are, etc. Plus Arizona has played better at home than on the road. I must admit, I had a gut feeling about the Rams pick. Something told me no way Josh McCown can win for the Bears two weeks in a row. But yeah, the Chargers winning on the road today (Now my comment about picking against the Chargers when they're on the road came back to haunt me!) and Houston, well, that was surprising. I mean, is it actually a possibility that Houston gets the #1 pick in the 2014 draft?! o_O

I think I'm done for pick'ems. There's no way I can make up that much ground. Aside from those of us who joined late, I am at least 4 games behind everyone else. It didn't help that all of my afternoon games went wrong. Whenever I lose logic, I lose. Whenever I go gutsy, I lose. I just can't win. On a good note, I am okay with being wrong for picking the Bears and Lions. Those are the two games that I am okay to get wrong.

I was surprised Denver was favored by 2 on the road against NE. I'm glad I didn't bet on this game. But they could still come back.

Almost had two ties this week!

And the Texans are officially the worst team in the league. And here I was thinking it was going to be a battle of the Jets and Jaguars.
