I know there are a lot of Giants fans here such as myself, so thought this was worth posting. After looking through schedules I concluded this is The easiest way the Giants make the playoffs..
They win out obviously. They travel to San Diego to beat the inconsistent Chargers in the road. They then come back home and catch the Seahawks after a hard fought west coast battle with the 49erd that wears them out a bit, before coming to the east coast and struggling and falling to the Giants. They then play a Lions team and the Giants ride the momentum from upsetting the Seahawks and beat the Lions. They then beat the Redskins at home to finish 9-7.
The Eagles lose to a fighting Lions team trying to stay in the NFC north race, knocking the Eagles to 7-6. They then beat Minnesota to make them 8-6. Even I don't think they can screw that one up. Then facing another NFC north team they fall to a Bears team in a must win game for them to stay close in the NFC north. Then playing the Cowboys in a win for the division game for Philly, they blow it as Tony Romo finally steps up and leads the Cowboys to a victory over the Eagles. This puts then at 8-8.
Now for the Cowboys. They face an angry Bears team who feels like they should've won the week prior. They beat Dallas, then the next week Aaron Rodgers makes his return and destroys the horrible Cowboys secondary to get the win. The Cowboys are now 7-7. Then vs the Redskins they lose as Romos typical December collapse comes and they fall to RG3 and the Redskins. Then in the final game playing for pride as they're eliminated from the playoff race, they beat the Eagles, and the Giants win the division.
Now this is extremely unlikely, but it is possible. I can really see the Eagles and Cowboys scenarios coming true, just the Giants winning out will not be easy.
