Ouch. Jamaal Charles carted off the field during practice. The injury isn't specified but thank heavens, I don't draft my fantasy team until the preseason is almost over!

Ed Dickson, TE for the Ravens, could be out for the Ravens' season opener against the Broncos. It's reported that the Ravens have agreed to terms on a contract with former Colts and Bucs TE Dallas Clark. Clark is 34 years old.

I'm sure you've all heard about Brady's injury by now, but in case you haven't, I'll tell you. Tom Brady injured his knee (the same one where he tore his ACL in 2008) in a practice against the Buccaneers today. He was supposedly rolling around in pain, but walked off the field. He then came back, only to leave practice for a MRI. X-Rays came out negative, and they are calling it a slight knee sprain.

Random news tidbits, some bigger than others:

- Von Miller was arrested on a failure-to-appear warrant. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

- The Dolphins have cut veteran kicker, Dan Carpenter.

- Rams LB, Jo-Lunn Dunbar has been suspended for four games without pay for violating the league's policy on PEDs.

- Vikings Pro Bowl FB, Jerome Felton, is likely to miss the rest of the preseason due to an emergency appendectomy.

- Texans DE and reigning defensive MVP, JJ Watt, is and has been lobbying to play some on offense.

- Maurice Jones-Drew (HB, Jaguars) is set to make his first in-game appearance versus the Jets since getting injured early last season.

- Raiders LT, Jared Veldheer, will undergo surgery to repair a torn triceps. He could miss the season.

I like watching players play other positions. I attended Packers training camp yesterday, and the QBs were doing what I believe were footwork drills. So it was just QBs throwing to other QBs, and Aaron Rodgers actually has some pretty good hands. He also ran some receiver routes along with some of our WRs. Pretty interesting to watch.

I don't think Tom Brady's knee is bothering him. He looked amazing on his first drive tonight.

Dustin Keller, tight end for the Dolphins, is going to miss the season with a knee injury he suffered in their last preseason game.

With my Big Blue dominating, of course. I would be so embarrassed if the Giants loss to the Jets, especially in the Super Bowl.
