Next Piece of WDW History Pin

Well, since each pin, so far, has had the image, on the pin, of what the 'piece' is from (ie - the picture shows the glasses and the piece is from the glasses, on Muppetvision), I would conclude that since the pieces are red and the only thing red in the image is the word EPCOT, the pieces are from the Epcot sign. -wow, what a run-on.

I'm pretty sure it's a piece of the shiny quater-sized things that are attacthed to the Letters that create the shiny wave looking effect. Prtty much, if the wind picks up heavily and you are pretty good at catching anything that weighs about feather-weight, you can get a few for free. Irk.

The pin itself looks pretty though.

What is inside of it? It looks like it might be part of the stupid wand. I was hoping it would be a piece of the Geosphere's exterior :( What a disappointing end to the series.

Me to, it seems very odd that the picture of this pin was originally posted on the board at Dizpins.com way back in September, yet there's been no mention of it anywhere since, apart from the one post I found that picture of it in.

I have just managed to get hold of the 20'000 Leagues Under the Sea pin from eBay, yes I paid a ridiculously high price but at least now all I need is the December release to complete my collection, if Disney decides to release it at all that is!

Does anyone have a list of all of this series of pins to date? I wasn't even aware of them and would like to start collecting them. :D

I saw the 20,000 Leagues one on ebay for $105. Rediculous yes but I'll end up buying it sooner or later. Has anyone seen it at a reasonable price?

A couple of month ago it was going for around $69.99 BIN on eBay, which I thought was extortionate at the time, but then suddenly the price seemed to go to up and up in price. I managed to get mine for $100 BIN and used a 15% off PayPal discount code, so with shipping to the UK it came to about $88. Still expensive but it is the only pin I don't have apart from the December release.

Having said that I saw the Muppet Vision 3-D pin go for $300, yes $300 on there a few weeks ago, that's just crazy!

Why so much for the Muppett pin? Is it that hard to come by?

I seem to remember it being the only Muppet Vision 3-D pin I'd seen up for auction in quite a while, this of course meant that everyone wanted it, funny that there's quite a few on there now. I just wish I could have gone to WDW and bought X amount of 20'000 Leagues Under the Sea pins when it was released...it's a licence to print your own money!

That's what I had been thinking too! I had thought that I was done with this collection then I saw the announcement that the series will be continued through 2006. I love these pins and can't make myself stop collecting them. If only I lived closer to the parks...

Oh I wish I loved closer, too. I was a little relieved that I don't have to deal with Ebay anymore.
Does anyone have an idea of what rides/peices are to come for these pins in 2006?

Is there somewhere else online to get them from? I've been getting mine from Ebay, which adds up.

I am hoping for a piece of the Mr. Toad's Wild Ride motor car or a piece of an audio animatronic from Pirates of the Caribbean. We wants the Redhead!
