The announcement will be about the park being open for 24 hours. :sohappy:
I would hope that isn't the announcement since they dedicated a page to the announcement and have a countdown clock on the site that expires at 11 pm eastern. I have a hunch it is a give a day get a day promotion........

Posted about an hour ago on Disneyland's Facebook Page:

"Watch ________ Clark’s Rockin’ New Years Eve with Ryan Seacrest, tomorrow on ABC, for some Disney Parks news that will make you leap for joy."

I'm kind of tempted to go to Disneyland for the 24 hour thing, but TP2000 brings up a great point. It probably would be too crowded to enjoy yourself.

It might be during the day, with the "morning EMH" affect - people show up that day for the benefit, but they most will likely not actually make it late enough to actually benefit (where during morning EMH, the parks get super-crowded around 10AM, when EMH is long over but people still go to that park like a magnet).

Thing is, very few people are now going to plan vacations to go. A few crazy folk like me will come down just for it, but at WDW I don't think it will make a ton of difference.

Disneyland, on the other hand...LOL...will be like Xmas and 4th of July all rolled into one. ;)
