It DOES need another thrill ride.. When I was at MGM all the fastpasses were gone by 12:00...... Adding a new thrill ride will most likely end up into a fastpass attraction which means the crowds will be less oversized in fastpass demands....

Wouldnt it be more prudent to build something new before something else is taken away? Every park is now running with reduced attractions. There will come a point when WDW is no longer value for money. Every park has some space lets hope its used effectively.

The last 2 times i went to MGM (Feb, and Dec), GMR had walk on lines, or like a 5 minute wait in the big "movie theater" part of the queue...they were only using 1 of the 2 big vehicles that travel together for passengers (theyd send the other empty....???) and the CM "actors" were less than convincing actors. I used to love this ride, but i have to admit, its extremely outdated, and im reminded about how bad of a state it is when i see the horrible Ripley animatronic in the Alien section....i see this ride disappearing once the 100 years ends.....problem is, i dont see how Disney could be working on so many attractions at once (Beastly Kingdom?, Mission Space, Philharmagic, JII, ToT DCA, ToT Paris, Disneyland Hong Kong, the Disneyland 50th Anniv. ride makeovers, etc etc etc)...but, hopefully they can pull it off....i can definately see an ERV2 ride system going in, maybe with a villain theme (which would pretty much eliminate any chances of us getting an Indy ride)....and i see this happening, b/c at MGM, everytime i go, i see more and more costumed villains walking around, and practically no "heroes"....lets see what happens

Fear Every Drop is not random. That is what we have now. But we will get a random drop sequence this fall. As for the GMR being crowded, hardly ever. I was there on New Year's Eve, and the wait was only 10 min. That's sad.
