OK. I thought the Sentinal got something wrong. So is this a promotion or somthing not so good? It sounds good on paper and I know people here have a lot of respect for him.

Well, VP of Special Projects...

...or whatever.

:p

We'll have to wait to see how it plays out.

EPCOT Explorer—all creative industries flourish when the leaders themselves are creatives who also understand business. Examples include Walt Disney, Steve Jobs, John Lasseter, George Lucas, and generally most of the great movie directors and producers from the golden age of Hollywood.

The practice generated about $40 million in operating profit last year for Vacation Club. That's about 2 percent of the operating profit. Nice profit.

Disney would do "less or no" securitization in 2009. CHA Ching....buyers market

True but why would you want to buy into it? Buy something worthwhile not something where Disney can change the rules on you whenever they feel like.

I think if it was "VP of Special Events" I'd be worried. But projects is good. WDW needs more projects. :)

Ah ha! SO then what do we want then? MacPhee leading WDI? Who would get this job done?

Besides the "cool" factor of flying in a Disney plane, what is the advantage from either the consumer's perspective or Disney's? :animwink:

Well, Disney gets a captive audience for two-hour DVC presentations.

(I'm only half joking. Probably shouldn't give them any ideas.)
