When will be able to make reservations at the new Japanese restaurant? Looks intimate and unique.

When you give me a Japanese restaurant in a realistic Japanese setting - I’m all positive! When you give me a Creperie in a stucco box - watch out!You just said something positive.
Who are you and what have you done with Flynnwriter?
Looks to be a waterfall leading to a pool of water under the surface of the table - which is beautifully next-level bonkers.
Yeah I think its a good move to offer something unique like Wagyu. But will it be the real stuff - that's the question.
I wish they would have went with an attraction instead. They've already got 3 restaurants in this pavilion. Why do they need another one?
There's $$$ in dining and people always need another meal.
I agree with you, the pavilion is all dining and shopping. A wonderful koi pond is about the only thing I find interesting here since Miyuki left.

The waterfall is the view of the garden outside. The high end restaurant will feature traditional soji screens like a riokan.is that a waterfall inside the restaurant or are we looking out?
It’s not a restaurant or an attraction scenario. Mitsukoshi, Japan’s premier retailer pays for and operates the restaurant with an agreement with Disney. We’d all like a new ride, but that’s all would be Disney’s cash.Epcot's Japan Showcase That Never Was

I would have taken any of the long rumored ones. "Godzilla", "Mt Fuji", "the Bullet Train" or "Meet the World", which is reminiscent of American Adventure.
I really like that post, but I like this one even better: Go here. There's much more art and detail.
Disney web site has more details, including that this restaurant will have a dress code...

Dine at this Walt Disney World restaurant.disneyworld.disney.go.com
Dress code there is the same as any Signature restaurant. Few enforce it, I doubt it'll be any different here.I dont see that dress code lasting long,,,not in summers anyway. Even Monsieur Pauls hardly enforces a dress code anymore.
In May the DW and I ate at Jiko which has a dress code. Unfortunately it does not seem to be enforced another example of rules don't apply to me just the other guy.Yeah, a dress code is fine at the resorts, but in the parks? really difficult to enforce
