Is Spaceship Earth re-opening with the park? Is that refurb cancelled or delayed or still happening?

Delayed. Confirmed with DPB.Is Spaceship Earth re-opening with the park? Is that refurb cancelled or delayed or still happening?
Construction at the France Pavilion and Remy resumed around the week of June 21, but so far nothing at the entrance area or Guardians. So, has construction at Epcot resumed?
Partial work resumed. It’s not all back yet.Construction at the France Pavilion and Remy resumed around the week of June 21.

Awesome!
Love, love, LOVE!
Things that still bother me (because I’ll never be satisfied)
1.) What is with the trees in the center planter blocking SSE?
2.)Flanking one side of SSE is one tree. The other side has been two trees for years. Get rid of them and bring back the palm trees!
but they dont have them on the palm trees behind spaceship earth? While I would prefer palms as well I assume they are more worried about optics. In the high hurricane force winds that can sometimes rip through there they would inevitably have to add supports to keep them upright since palms have very small roots and therefore little base support. Having this on other palms throughout the property may not be a big deal but since this is the first thing you see when coming into EPCOT then they probably want to avoid that look. This is just my guess and opinion.

But then you see palms like this too so what do I know?

This looks great! With all the bad decisions Disney has making over the last three months, I’m glad to see something worth praising, even if it’s just a bunch of planters. From Tom's Site. The entrance so far is looking great.

Nope, it’s just because they grow high and make SSE look shorter than it is. SSE was surrounded by palms from 1982–c.2007. In 1982, they framed the sphere and looked great; by 2000, they were too tall. While I would prefer palms as well I assume they are more worried about optics.
