yes. they should work at 100% rate, not 10%.

I agree they move paiiiiinfulllly slow, but I still don't expect to not see construction walls or SOMETHING going on. That tells me they're investing and doing things. If I see nothing, that's great, visually, and no not always a case of them not investing or doing something but eh, the complaint about seeing walls, I get it, but there's a lot of other things to complain about when visiting WDW (along with the positives ... don't want to be called a doom and gloomer).

A voice that coveys 'epicness' is what is needed for SSE or UoE....and Sean Connery would be a excellent choice.

This is why Jeremy Irons narration for SSE was, and still is, regarded so highly among fans.
The original narration with Walter Cronkite also gave this impression.

Today's SSE does not have that epic grandness in feel and tone now.
Neither does the UoE. Both seem to be played 'for laughs' now.

It would be nice to see a little of that 'epicness' return.
