It helps Disney's cause to keep their enemies confused. Apparently, their friends too.....:brick:

Looks like the center area (Cindy and Aurura) is actually graded down to first level. Also looks like the hillside behind Dumbo is built up to hide the building. And Pooh's tree looks to be in front of the queue, which would match up with the current construction walls...

It's the same model as before, and does not reflect the current plan.
The blueprints and drainage schematics we have are what you should go by.

Seriously. Ask yourself.
In any construction project, what comes first? The concept design, or the actual blueprints that show what to build and how to build it?

The model is nice, but older than the other plans.

And this is what confuses me. I have, for a long time, believed the blue prints were right.

Correctly so.
I have confirmed with multiple sources, all of whom have paychecks signed by the mouse, that the blueprints are much more accurate than the art/model.

why would they continue to release old model photos then? I just don't understand the motivation. At least with concept art they can say "Well, it was just concept art". Models are a little more tangible.

Right... then they should update the model then...

It will be graded down slightly (most likely so that the show building isn't TOO tall for the area), but it still won't be gound-level. There's at least some room to go down from the Cinderella building into a new mini-tunnel that cuts over to the main Utilidor entrance.

Because 99% of the people out there are completely ignorant to the fact that the model is not quite correct. The model looks pretty and it makes for good free advertising.

This. And honestly, who cares? I'm just glad that they're actually adding new and (hopefully) exciting things to the World...I mean, does it really matter if things aren't EXACTLY in the right place in the model? I mean, it's a friggin' model!!!

Yeah, I was under the impression that this model is out of date. Have they not made a new model?

...Maybe for once, this IS the later model, and we just don't know it?

Even so, for the most part, this IS correct.
