that's why they call it Blue Sky Cellar
They have all kinds of concept art and sketches that won't be coming to the park, they just show the blue sky ideas the imagineers proposed at some point. Even now, there are inaccuracies with the Paradise Park model. Small changes.. but still different from what the model shows.

I would be willing to bet that the model would be the more accurate thing, not the plans. Once you get to know the ropes of AutoCAD and similar programs, plans can have major changes done in a matter of minutes. Models, not so much. Models take much more time and effort to change than the plans do. This is a quarter scale model -- it's pretty big and detailed. I have a feeling this is pretty much how we will see Fantasyland Forest end up.

I have no real first hand knowledge here, but I'm going to have to side with the blueprint guys. The model is just a prop, a promotional tool to get people excited, something to show the press, no one is going to refer to it during construction.
And if it is close to what will be coming then why take the time and expense to rebuild the model, it is just for show.
Also they realize, as should we, that most people will spend about ten seconds looking at it and forget all about it by the time the expansion opens.
It is only the serious Disney crazies, myself among them, that will spend time analyzing and dissecting the details of a model. It just isn't worth the expense to placate such a small segment of consumers, who will still end up pointing it out if a single bush is relocated during the actual construction.

Funny thing is there are two set of blueprints. The leaked one and then another that looks exactly like the model.:animwink:

What is this? A Fantasyland for ants? How can we be expected to have children ride the attractions... if they can't even fit inside the buildings?

But seriously, until I've seen it...it doesn't exist.
I'm fairly confident on the blueprint issue. I emailed several Disney employees and basically asked "Blueprints or art/model."
Every single one said blueprints.

All I'm saying is that the blueprints that had been leaked are not the only blueprints that exist. Blueprints exist that are exactly as the model shows. Don't assume that the model is not accurate. All information I have seen points to dumbo being exactly where the model shows.
