That is awesome!!!! As I said so far it looks like July seems to be the most popular. I Am super flexible (Thankfully I have an awesome boss!!) so I certainly will plan my dates around a Meet. Pam any thoughts as we near the end of this particular poll? Are any weeks somewhat less crowded than others? Is anything special going on at one time vs. the other? I would think that we should aim for the middle two weeks of July ( July 11th-24th) What are everyones thoughts on one of those two weeks? Please remember we may only Meet once or twice within that time frame! Belle

I'll be there from March-August. So any time is good. But I chose July because it would give me plenty of time to request time off of work :p

My plans are flexible for the last 2 weeks of July, so a meet any time therein would be great! I am REALLY looking forward to this, having missed the December meet.:sohappy:

Unfortunately its quite expensive to get over from the UK in July and I can't get any time off work either, oh well maybe the meet after this!

OK WDWMagic has literally thousands of members and this is the best we can do? In the last meet Pam and I heard a lot of "I didnt know about the Meet" I REALLY dont want anyone to feel excluded for this so make it a point to tell people about this!! Belle

Well i voted for June, but thats because we are going to be at wdw for 10 days in june. haven't made our final date decision yet, but it will be june. didn't get to go to the last meet, and maybe i won't make this one, but theres always hope for the next one!

Thanks so much WDWBabe, that is awesome!!! I was talking about this with Pam the other night. We have literally thousands of members on the boards and we only have slightly under 60 votes at the moment? How can that possibly be? Plus with the last meet Pam and I must have put out 3-4 different threads and we were trying to get word of it out and still some members never knew until it was over!! We certainly dont want to look like we are excluding everyone but short of individual E mails this is the best way we can get the word out!! Any help is great, thanks!! Belle

Well hopefully more people will respond. You can only do so much, but I think another meet would be alot of fun and maybe I 'll be able to make it. either way, don't give up yet!

I know Dwarful and thanks for the encouragement. It is just that I had such an amazing time at the last Meet and will literally plan my vacation around the next one!!! It was so nice to place a face with the name!! Belle

I voted for September mainly because of the weather and the crowds tend to be a little slower. I've been in July many times before and in my opinion the heat mixed with the crowds make it a really unpleasant trip. I'd still try to go though no matter when it is.
