is the light blue shirt / maroon pants for Main Street operations?
No polyester?ANNOUNCER #1: Well, from what I understand, they've switched to cotton uniforms.
ANNOUNCER #2: They seem blousier, softer...
ANNOUNCER #1: Well, it is a natural fibre...

No one working for Disney is “suffering” that’s just a hyperbole to gaslight those of us who know that Disney used to have QUALITY costumes and Cast Members. Ever since this whole “workers rights and comfort” movement began post “pandemic”, the overall quality of guest “service” has gone down. The new costumes look fine. Why do you want people to suffer while they’re at work?
The lady’s costume in the middle looks the best. The color of blue they used and those hideous grey pants are what throw off the mens look for me. It’s just mor proof that nobody at Disney has any clue about quality anymore, and we all know why.The new men’s emporium costume (blue vest) is the one that really bothers me - it’s not really correct to the period - much like the new candy store itself - it’s more of a cartoon caricature of the time period.

Spin it and cry about it all you want but these changes are just another on the long list of garbage mistakes the company is making to appease a perpetually spoiled small but vocal minority.
agree, I mean all of this could be worse, but they are certainly going more bland every time. What bothers me most is all the women's have to have a tie now....really?? keep pushing that agenda Disney. The new men’s emporium costume (blue vest) is the one that really bothers me - it’s not really correct to the period - much like the new candy store itself - it’s more of a cartoon caricature of the time period.

The current Main Street merchandise costume requires a tie of the women and has for some time now.agree, I mean all of this could be worse, but they are certainly going more bland every time. What bothers me most is all the women's have to have a tie now....really?? keep pushing that agenda Disney.

yes but now every single one of the new ones do.The current Main Street merchandise costume requires a tie of the women and has for some time now.
I mean, certainly Disney has an agenda, but I don't think it has seeped into the design choices for this particular costume refresh. Especially since there is no set women or men's costumes anymore, only version A and version B. They can wear whichever they please.yes but now every single one of the new ones do.
