Agreed, this ride is pretty much done. And the show is kindof backburner for me. ECK! I really need to finish that one. LOLOL! Next Ride! - The WeirdOne :D

Okay here are a few elemtns I woudl like to see:

Guests are on a minining expedition in-side Geyser Mountain Guest ride in oversized EMV's that are made to look like msome sort of a mining machine but different from the JttCoE cars, (maybe we could just changes those cars as they are going to amphibous in this new verison anyways, with the new prehistoric sea scene) seating about 32 people by4 rows of 8.

At sevral point ins the cave guests are given the option of selection different tunnels to go through wher the path forks, like Horizions guests hit buttons in fron of them and majority rules.

Deeper into the cave the machine stalls out and there are slight tremmors then withough warning a full blown earthquake hits the mountain, staligtes are falling the wals are crumbling and the whole floor of the cave slants forward and your machinerolls forward and crashes into a stalagmite, then just as you get the machine to work again the stalagtite brakes and you roll forward into a large crack you go down the side of a really steep into incline and roll into this great chasam, once in there you hear more rumbling and a gyser below you goes off, you shoot vertically up, but the the gyser gives way and you free fall down about 8 stories using EMV2 technology. The cars then burrow out the side of the chasam just before the geyser erupts again, collapsing the chasam behind them.

Interesting, I want to see them actually travel through mine shafts in my opinion. Seeing the wonders they saw before the gyser ended their work. The the earthquake idea you posted. I really liked that. Then into the gold mine shaft and WHOOSH! - The WeirdOne :D

Okay, for the ride, is the plot going to start out on land and the vehicles drill to center, or can they get on elevators as the preshow going ot the earth to board the mine cars? - The WeirdOne :D

Well, since we are having JttCotE too, right?, I was thinking that the queu would just be down slopping (or appear to be) mine shafts then the cars woudl take you furhter deep through the shafts maybe there taking a few elevators down and so on.

Here is a diagram of a level of the ride I wa thinking that the elevators could seem like they are going down but really be going up, like the walls move up but the elevators actually go up higher into the mountain, I was think we could have 2 or three identical levels of this path different scenery then after the geyser shoot a race from cascading water through collapsing tunnels, where the car corkscrews at one point then another free-fall drop into a chasm then finally out of the mountain. I think this should be our "big thrill ride" of the area.

(tap tap tap) This thing on?

I've got a stable internet source...even though it's through AOL.

Id like to get a synopsis of whats been going on...?

Sorry for being gone so long :(

Chad, you only have to read thru 4 short pages anyways. Most of them are 1 - 10 liners. BIG WHOOP! We've just got some basic stuff down. Not much. - The WeirdOne :D

Basically we are creating our own version of Discovery Bay

The attraction list did not change since you had your leave of absence

so far we have completed The Great Contraption a whole new type of spinning flat ride experience

The Hyperion Adventure a family style hanging dark ride

A show (well sorta, *pokes with large stick WierdOne)

2 restaurants in side a giant Hyperion hanging near the entrance to the ride

Our current effort is to design Geyser Mountain our thrill ride for the area

So let's say that the previous diagram is level one for Region 1 of geyser mountain

Here is a diagram for level 2, I am thinking that this should be the last level of Region 1 (tunnel exploration) and there should be a transition area and then Region 2 (Geyser)

Silence is the universal yes, so moving along here is a 3-D schematic showing the entire ride layout, to get the picture take the 2nd level schematic and rotate it 180 degrees and that is how it fits in on the second level below

Inversions?! WHAT!?! No way that's going to pass. I thought this was to be ToT fun, not coaster. Anyways, I like everything so far, can't dispute it except the inversions. - The WeirdOne :D

I said inversion I was planning on one corkscrew, I don't think that will be that bad, plus we really don't have anything else that thrilling in the area, we need something coaster like, plus if this is going to fit into your Aussie MK we need to make it different from a ToT model.

I think the majority of the people can handle a single corkscrew, look how many people ride RnRC which has one plus a loop and another half loop-half corkscrew......

Well, if it is going to be one, then make it a twist. Produces zero gravity and that can be used to be like a jump over a large gap in the mine shaft, etc. - The WeirdOne :D

Do you mean an inline-twist?

I was thinking of doing that with a corkscrew like you come to a gap so you ride up one side of the wall across the ceiling and down the other side, in a tight tunnel. (not really possible realistically but this ride has already had a physics of it's own from the beginning) but fun :D

Is that what you were talking about?

I guess I could see an inline twist with like again the gap but it is un-level so when you go off to jump it your car rolls like in a barrel roll

Which do you like better?

That one :D. - The WeirdOne :king:

Unfortunately I realized though that this might be unbelievable compacted to achieve, this would require a track that could not be easily built into the walls of the tunnel, meaning the track would have to be out in the open, which would be unacceptable.

I can try to think of some ways to get around I'll let you know if I think of anything, you work on that too...
