I assume so. In the live stream I posted above there were guests standing in front of it and a CM stationed there. So the ADA elevator is open and operational with the queue, or is that coming soon?

I'm sure they didn't. Honestly, in my estimation I'd say they're a little too attached to it.Love it, very tasteful and in tune with the mansion. And the music is great, Well done Disney!
BUUUT where’s my music box soundtrack from haunted mansion holiday?!?! Please don’t tell me they killed it

My guess is that it will return, but not until next year’s overlay. Same with the full decor package for the new queue.Love it, very tasteful and in tune with the mansion. And the music is great, Well done Disney!

True. And I'm fairly certain I've heard it play in the queue for the regular Mansion at DL as well. I don't think its use is limited to just the overlay in California, though I have no proof of that.Nerd correction: TECHNICALLY that music box recording was originally made for Phantom Manor in Paris. They reused it for HMH.
You have no idea how much I prefer this to a fainting couch.feinting couch

Does anyone know what that middle entrance is for? The rightmost is Lightning Lane, the leftmost is standby. There are only two signs in the entrance arch. I’m so confused what the middle section is for.
I am blown away at how good it looks. It shows great restraint. Does that mean they could've gone a little further? I'd say so. I was expecting more flora around the place. Not the biggest fan of how "standard" some of the props look. Give it some time, and it'll fit even more thru more wear and tear. Thumbs up.
I agree, and it gets progressively creepier as the queue goes on. It also fits Disneyland’s pristine mansion extremely well. Because of this the queue can’t be ‘scary’ but it can be unnerving. This new queue does this very well. As you advance, the statues get more unnerving and something starts to feel more and more ‘off.’I agree. It looks great, it all FEELS great! And I also know what you mean about the “standard” decorations. My first response was, there seems to be a lot of stuff here that I could get from any garden decoration supply store. But it is an appropriate part of setting the scene, a slow transition from quaint, non-spooky New Orleans to something being a little bit off. I might have thrown in a weeping angel or …what’s that statue from “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil?”
The actual gazing balls/garden globes of the late 19th century were pretty much exclusively silver in color. Personally, I would have liked a slightly patina-d silver over the bright colors we got.Could do without all those colorful crystal balls.

As of right now, yes, Pirates is still part of LLMP.This new queue does give me lots of reassurance for that rumored Pirates extended indoor queue. It could turn out great, just like this.
Pirates, of all rides, is in desperate need of more queue space. I think relieving that pinch point right in front would do wonders for NOS.
Is it still on LL now that Mansion is back?
