As easy as you make it, I suppose. If you choose to fixate on it as you pass by, impossible. If you choose to just treat it as a structure you're passing without paying much thought to it beyond that, it'll exist only as long as you're standing next to it.
This is correct. There are so many books, and podcasts, and even television shows on themed entertainment design because it is famously something you shouldn’t pay attention to or think about. You’re supposed to actively ignore the design of themed experiences.

As someone who does lighting design, it drives me nuts when I see bulbs within the same setting that have different color temperature. Its such a rookie mistake and I hope they address it.
A tough question. Primarily I feel they ought to break up the plain exterior, perhaps by stenciling Madam Leota's incantation under the eaves in Latin or French. They might paint some Crump-esque symbols and designs on the front or sides. After all, isn't the premise that Leota converted the Mansion's carriage house? While I'm at it, one of the best things they could do is have the sign remade in stained glass.
