Did Disney just BUY a generic prefab kit barn and then add some flair to it?

Something like the 'Armstrong 4236' without the extra bits on top to save 5%?

Looking at old photos, looks like something along the lines of a steel frame Barndominium with wood siding?

Has anyone touched the thing yet? Is it actually wood?

I'm calling this thing a Barndominium from now on.

Seems like a good example of a few things: 1) that codes are minimums that aren’t always adequate, 2) the codes are structured around manual wheelchairs and 3) more people with mobility challenges visit the Disney parks than the baselines assumed by different codes. There is no base-level requirement for an opener and the photos appear to show the required clearances for the door to be considered accessible. But even opting to use panic hardware on the door seems like it would have made things easier for people using the elevator.
