Because something "quickly coming to life" shouldn't take nearly another year to happen. "Fall 2019" means anytime between September and December. I bet to most people, "Quickly coming to life" would mean in the next 3-4 months, not 10-12 months. YMMV.

I hope this is not the case but I suspect the windows will have plexi guards over them, preventing any possible decent photographs from the thing.

It takes 9 months to create a human and those things are no where near as big or cover as much territory. Then once they are built (created) it takes around two years or more to get all the leaks sealed up making them safe to take into the public. Seems like that can be done quicker then that.

I'd assume they'd want it open at least a few weeks/months ahead of Galaxy's Edge, but otherwise, yes, I'd agree. If nothing else that want to be 100% certain that this is fully operational (and the staff is well experienced) before Galaxy's Edge opens.

LOL...I do realize that it is hot in FL most of the year, but it isn't July/August miserable. September is interesting because it is in the peak of time that FL gets hurricanes. But I could see them wanting this open by the end of the Fiscal Year.
