I've noticed that ebay no longer has fastpasses for sale; a topic thoroughly discussed on these boards. However, after browsing ebay this evening for disney things, I came acrossed this post.

Apparently someone is willing to get all of your fastpasses on the day you are attending a specific park and deliver them to you either at your hotel or inside the parks.

Since you are limited to the number of fastpasses you can have at any one time, how does someone do this? The service is for a family of four; extra charges apply for larger families. And would anyone here ever do this??? If the feedback for this seller is authentic, then apparently some people have. The same seller also has this service for DHS and one for all four parks for $250. Just thought I'd throw this out there. Very curious for someone to explain how someone can get so many fastpasses at one time on a single day.

Sounds like it's either a scam, or someone is illegally getting fastpasses by using the machine override in the parks. Either way, I wouldn't recommend getting involved with this.

This has to be a scam...

Thats what I am thinking too

My first thought was that this person has a number of AP's and lives local. Maybe their family has 4 or 5 AP's. My though was he would go in, us the AP's to get a bunch of FP at opening, and then give them to you.

But that would not work either.

1) He is offering a LOAD of Fastpasses, way more than any "normal" person would have a number of AP's for.

2) You cannot get a FP with an AP that has not been scanned at the park entrance. At least it would not let me. I was down by myself and renewed my kids APs while there. I stuck one of theirs in the FP machine, and it rejected it. Mine worked fine.

I have to think scam on this one

Either way it reminds me of the people who bought Obama Inauguration tickets and turned around to sell them at $450 a piece.. Or Hannah Montana tickets going for $3,000 a piece...

Just someone who either is using the magic button on the back of the machine, or has another special way of retrieving them...

From the eBay description: "I have confiscated literally hundreds of Fastpasses people have purchased on eBay and can spot fakes from a mile away."

Sounds like a CM with access to the button on the back of FP machines .

*Remembers back to when the Anual Passes didn't work in the Fastpass Machines*

We could always get as many as we like as the machines couldn't read anual passes correctly so the Cast Member working at Fastpass distribution had to give them to us manually.

Though I would never do something like what the person on ebay is doing.

Maybe they work for the company and steal a number of the Fastpasses that are good for any attraction (like the ones they give out when an attraction breaks down).

I've never had problems getting FPs even with a large group.....I just know to get Soarin' FPs really, really early!
This ebay thing sounds illegal.....Wal Mart won't even let me print pictures off my PhotoPass CDs because they say Disney could sue them......Go figure!

Less than 3 months until we are ºoºrlando bound with 30 teens on a school bus for 930 miles of smiles:sohappy:

Did you print and show them the license that they put right on the CD that gives you the rights to the photos?
Yes, but it didn't matter...I even had my receipt for the CD....We ended up buying photo paper and printing pictures at home for each of our students in the pictures! We go to great effort to make the trip affordable for our students, so we gather all the kids photopass cards and load them all on one CD, purchase the one CD, and make copies from there....WDW is fully aware of this, but that particular Wal Mart Photo Center told me I was stealing! I guess the Disney police will get me on my 10th trip with 25+ hungry, souvenir-buying, high school students at Easter Break!
