The old costume looked pretty meh. If anything the generic one is an upgrade.
You very much still can.Ah I remember the days in Magic Kingdom when you could get a written reprimand for "cross-theming" (ie showing up on Main Street in a Frontierland costume).
Thank you for your comments, though they have nothing to do with what I wrote. Every time you post you keep reinforcing that you're just posting to have something childish and nasty to say even though you don't have a legitimate response to that which you're replying.Knew we could count on you.
Well said.Yes because large numbers of people here are only outraged about things others tell them they should be outraged about.
Oh, the irony....Thank you for your comments, though they have nothing to do with what I wrote. Every time you post you keep reinforcing that you're just posting to have something childish and nasty to say even though you don't have a legitimate response to that which you're replying.
Some guy who doesn't understand what Disney is about or how to run a theme park.Who’s the parks VP again?
This is bigger than Phil. This is a multi park initiative.Who’s the parks VP again?
It reeks of "too many cooks".What I find so odd about this is how Disney in some places is realizing that the CM's uniforms add to the experience, such as with the HM awnings now matching them. But then they go and do this. It's hard to sometimes wrap my head around that this is indeed one company.

Be careful what you wish for...I completely agree. That should be a property wide decision. It should be consistent throughout WDW. Either have the costumes be unique for the areas or don't. I think the unique CM costumes add to the overall experience.
Quite frankly I’m shocked that there were so many costumes in the first place... Have you guys seen the inside of the costume storage location? It’s INSANE!!! And over half the time they NEVER have the size you need. :-/ and I literally mean half the time. It’s so odd. I needed a large men’s shirt and a 36x32 pair of pants for pirates, and I ALWAYS had to go down a size on the shirt and up a size on the pants in order to find something that would work.
That's what I'm saying. You'd think they'd have it down by two weeks. Glad we're on the same page.Always? In your vast 2 weeks on stage?
Ah man, I actually see this all the time now. Also lots of "friends of characters" walking around pulling their costume cases.Ah I remember the days in Magic Kingdom when you could get a written reprimand for "cross-theming" (ie showing up on Main Street in a Frontierland costume).
