It's open in mid Feb surrounding the traditional winter school break, President's Day period. They had planned to open it because The Land is shut down for renovations.

Yes I know. I didn't say enough and that was my fault. I ment to say Why This February and not Last Summer? I don't see the reasoning on having it open for President's Day and not July 4th.
