NBA Experience at Disney Springs

Seems like good timing. The NBA is getting popular again as a few things have changed
1) not as many European players (for awhile everyone was drafting players no one could pronounce who would either came from overseas teams or went to overseas team. The NBA lost a lot of appeal when players names were GSYNKSNIIJNIN PHILLINOIOMOEPA
2) player popularity is coming back (lots of players that people like) its not the 80s-90s with Jordan bird barkley but hardin Durant westbrook curry are very popular)
3) NFLs protests have really turned a lot of people away from the product and a lot of those fans are now more into the nba.

I think this would have been a disaster 5-10 years ago but might be coming at the right time.
Personally I can see me checking it out, walking around and taking pics.. but I doubt id buy any of the overpriced stuff.
So many things are wrong with this post. 1.) many European players are still drafted, the #1 overall pick has a chance to be luka doncic. 2.) it’s harden not Hardin. 3.) the nba has been far more vocal and involved in politics then the nfl. Go read up on what Steve Kerr, Greg popvich, and Stan van gundy have been doing.

Ok since you want to pick apart my comments..
1) In the NBA Draft 2002, there was a record 17 international players were drafted with six in the first round. In the NBA Draft 2001, there were 11 international players drafted with five in the first round.
2) sorry I threw it together.. I make lots of typos in my posts.. but for you ill be more careful
3) The nfl had many veterans, season ticket holders and fans just not show up at all. Several nfl parks had huge gaps of empty areas for the first time in decades, this is unlike comments made by someone. Maybe the year after the strike when mlb fans revolted have we seen this magnitude (especially since in the united states football is the most dominant sport)

(first site I found)
As I said I think this is a good time for the nba and Disney to build this as there was a lull (caused by several factors) between the golden age (Jordan bird magic) and today.

Do you realize there was 10 taken last year? Do you know when the record was for most international players in the nba was? It was last year with 113, this year it’s 108. The nba is seeing it’s greatest influx ever when it comes to international players. Your argument doesn’t make any sense, why wouldn’t they protest the warriors for not going to the White House? I do agree the nba popularity is at an all time high but it has nothing to do with whatever narrative your trying to push.

Im not trying to push any narrative and im not really sure why youve picked my post to attack. I gave my opinion on the nba experience. It was super popular had a lull and is becoming super popular again, so this is great timing. The nba vs nfl argument youre wrong. Ive been to games of both. Nba is normal nfl stadiums eerily empty seats. The flag protests hurt the nfl. You cant see that in sales of tickets as most of those season tix were sold regardless, they just chose not to attend. Im done with this conversation. Attack someone else.

Just the fact that this topic has one of the shortest threads, is an early indicator of a luke warm interest in this new 'experience'.
There is also not a lot that is publicly known about the experience. It seems a lot of people think this is just another NBA City restaurant or giant store.

When you say the league is becoming more American and mention the nfl protests and even called it a flag protest I believe the narrative your trying to push is very clear to everyone.
