Myths and Urban Legends, True or False

I have heard a rumor that after visiting the park for inspiration for his role, Eddie Murphy's talent died and is in fact the ghost seen in the endless hallway in haunted mansion. it's spirit left wandering in search for the screenplay "the golden child 2: platinum child" and that is the reason you can not see talent in the film.

There has been an urban legend down here in Florida for ever saying that Disney World was going to build an Adult Theme Park based on the villains from the movies.

Kind of wish it was true though.

Heard that if you yell " Andy's coming" in front of the Toy Story Characters they will stop what they are doing and drop!! Sounds reasonable...
I just heard this from my sister 2 days ago. First time I'd ever heard of it and I was coming on here to see if anyone else had heard of it and I guess they have lol. Unless I find a video of someone doing this on hearing a first hand account of this not working, I'm trying this on my next trip! Lol

Main Street, USA is inspired by Walt's childhood home of Orlando, FL.
Surprisingly, part of that may be true, at least that part about living in the area. His Father was briefly the Post Master for a little town called Kissimmee, Fl. Heard of it? I'm not sure if it was before Walt was born or not too long after. I can look it up, but it just doesn't seem all that important. :D However, it certainly is quite a coincidence, don't you think?

Hmm... that's a good question
Since the Disneyland attraction was open for a couple years before it did, that's where things like the Hatbox Ghost and the Suit of Armor were tried out with the public. The Haunted Mansion was a far more direct clone so I doubt they would have tried new gimmicks in Florida first.

I had never heard about the Hatbox Ghost and then I saw this the other day. Pretty cool, and WDWMAGIC has a quick cameo in the video.
