Heard that if you yell " Andy's coming" in front of the Toy Story Characters they will stop what they are doing and drop!! Sounds reasonable...

They used to but once word got out the characters couldn't walk 10 feet without someone yelling. We were told that thanks to Disney magic they don't have to freeze because they want children to see them.

My neighbor said he went to disney and there was a man harassing another man outside of Toy Story Mania and that a cast member said something on his walkie and then 2 men (in suits) came in through a nearby room and took said man away through the doors. Not sure if its true, anyone else heard this? I thought it was cool though.
Yes it is called Disney Security. Happens frequently when things get out of control.

He wasn't happy enough. Time for some re-education.

The rumor about people putting their ashes on haunted mansion is true. Some people do it every now and then except that the ashes glow green under the lights and so the cast members can tell when it happens. They have to stop the ride and call in a hazmat team to clean them up before starting the ride again.

Also when the haunted mansion first opened there was a mechanic who use to wear a tuexdo and walk up and down the endless hallway or wear a suit of armor and stand next to the other one to scare people. There is a door at the end of the endless hallway on the left side that opens up to allow access to one of the maintenance areas where he would pop out of.

There are also hidden references to nightmare before christmas in the haunted mansion from books with jack on them to a plush doll in the attic scene. And the eye moving scene was created by the construction workers when they were redesigning the haunted mansion.

The guy at the bottom of the tree getting the point from the rhino has the same face as the grave digger from the haunted mansion.

a friend told me that, if a child has an accident, and you tell a CM at one of the MSUSA shops, they will give you clothes. I thought this was a load of crap but went up there and just said, "my son had an accident. Where are your boy clothes in his size?" The CM took me over to that section and helped me find shorts that would fit him...then she popped off the tags and handed them to me :O I was in shock! All these years I've bought clothes because of wet pants or feeding tube spills lol. One year, we bought him mens boxers and pinned them cause they were too big lol. I didn't push it about the wet tshirt or undies (my guys sits in a wheelchair so his shirt was wet, too). I just bought those after she walked away. I think it's awesome that disney does something like this. Nothing like an unplanned expense.

Also another I've heard is over at mission space, if someone gets sick there is a sick room that they recover in, and then they are given a prison orange shirt and grey or silver shorts to wear, so that they don't have to wear the sick clothes around the park.

I wish I knew this. I know where to buy underwear in both EPCOT and MK thanks to my daughter (who was very little at the time)

I spoke with Disney on the phone today (giving props to a few CMs and some feedback). They confirmed that the clothing thing is policy as they don't want kids walking around the parks sitting on benches and rides with wet clothes. I wish I knew it before, but, then again, I understand why they can't advertise that. Too many people would take advantage

When my daughter was three, she peed all over the Carousel of Progress and me. The little stinker had just gone to the bathroom, but then told me she need to go right in the middle of the show. She started screaming because she couldn't hold it. I tried to sneak out, but was told to sit down (understandably). Long story short, I was holding her trying to calm her down hoping she would be able to hold it. Unfortunately, she couldn't and peed everywhere. When we explained what happened to the CM what happened (and that they needed Hazmat!), she gave us a voucher to get her new clothes although I was left to my own devices. That was definitely not our finest day at the Magic Kingdom! I usually packed an extra set of clothes for her, but I just totally forgot that morning. Lesson learned!
