So are you're saying that Disneyland is being operated the same today as when Walt opened the park? Not sure what your second sentence means.
My comment was a response to this comment:
I have no desire to vacation at a place that charges a premium and encourages adults to walk around in fairytale character cosplay. Disney P&R's recent business decisions have drastically altered my opinion of the parks, and this new service isn't helping to redeem them at all.
Which doesn't make any sense, since Disney has been encouraging adults to "walk around in fairytale cosplay" since the beginning.
Here's Disney in the '50s encouraging some adults (with a financial incentive) to walk around dressed as a rodent:

*shudder* Those costumes are bad.
Or, here's the finale in Fantasmic, with quite a few dressed up in fairytale cosplay:

But, since those don't bother you, I imagine your problem only lies with the fans that choose to have a makeover that's reminiscent of a classic Disney character.
Those fairytale makeovers are certainly not my cup of tea, but they seem reasonably priced- and a somewhat more adult version of what the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does. I just hope that those photos aren't indicative of their best work. But I imagine that part of that is because of a poor choice of models.
People enjoy dressing up as characters. Cosplay is huge right now. Disneyland is like the ultimate embodiment of fantasy made real- bridging the gap between fantasy seen in TV or our imaginations and reality. If someone's enjoyment of the park is increased by wearing a yellow dress and doing their hair a certain way, then more power to them.
