Muppetvision- Retire or relocate?

Allow me to rephrase.

Sources within TWDC with knowledge of the situation suggest that the future of the Muppets at DHS are contingent on the success of the new TV show.

Better?

Better understood, yes, thank you. But faulty logic on the part of the powers that be. If the second movie was unsuccessful, that's not the fault of a decades-old successful property. They're muppets. It's the fault of said powers that be for not doing it right. The audience is there.

Plus, however tangential this may be, Sesame Street was just picked up by HBO.

Corporate people in many businesses mess things up all the time. This would not schock me. But IMO, for whatever that's worth, complete and permanent removal of the Muppets would be a short-sighted move and would to a degree devalue the property they already own.

With all the DHS expansion news, it's obvious that the space where Muppetvision is will need to be used. I would think that with the new Muppets series they would want to keep the attraction. When looking at the park map is there anywhere that they can relocate Muppetvision? I would think it might work over by Disney Junior Live. Is there any empty space they can move it into? I'd hate to see this attraction lost.
I say keep and put into AI theater. The queue is alongside the hub and could tie into the Hollywood section. The Disney Jr space would be my next vote. There is still so much unknow about DHS.

I don't think it will stay in its current location, but I hope it moves across the park because it's a fun attraction. I actually think it fits quite well over on the Hollywood land side of the park. I just think that SoA is clearly earmarked for something else (bigger and better, as much as I hate to admit it.

I think I already said that and you don't need sources to figure that out.

IF they lost their current location, wouldn't an attraction in the Superstar Theatre be great? Assuming of course that's staying...it's so close to the "hub" and fits so well it'd be a shame to bulldoze.

Has anyone else thought of the possibility of Disney selling the rights to the Muppets IF the new show fails to meet executive expectations? I can see Disney clinging on to the property for merchandise reasons, but as far as theme parks go... Game over.

My question is what would the feel of the Muppet Studios be if they built it? Since they now want to "put you into the movies" where would it put you in the Muppets World? Would it be the studios and Muppet Labs? That is the only thing I am confused about with this land.
