Mstinkherbell01 Does Wdw!

Hello Ohana!

Well, we just got back from our once a month visit to WDW! This is my attempt at a trip report...Hope ya lke it!

Who went:

Myself (Mstinkherbell01 "Samantha")
My Son
My Girlfriend (Andrea)

We live in So. Florida (Miami) so the 2.5 hour (give or take a few) began at 8 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 28th. We start singing our favorite Disney Songs around this point:

Once we arrive, we get here and scream with excitment!

Once we arrived at Pop Century, we checked in with a very nice guy
"earning his ears". Wow, we come once a month and are totally use to great CM's and this guy was no exception!

We made our way to Downtown Disney and into the World of Disney! On the way, I saw this beautiful picture opp...cute huh?

Quick add: We save a few bucks by purchasing a 24 pack of water (4.99)and freezing it two days prior to our trip. We bring a cooler and fill it with ice from the hotel each day. We found that this saves us money in the parks!

Msinkherbell01 Trip Report PART 2

We get to Epcot and ride Spaceship Earth. We LOVED it! The new additions were simply the BEST. The ending portion which allows you the opp. to create your own world...was exciting! View attachment 24806

Saturday, we went to MGM and MAGIC KINGDOM. We noticed that the crowds were fairly long. We took advantage of Fast Pass and EMH when we could....not too bad. It was COLLLLLLLD for Florida. We were in gloves and scarves. I loved the weather.

It was pirates and princess party night and wow...MK looked beautiful. It was decked out in red carpet and smoke...all very neat!

The new haunted mansion additions were spooktacular. The lightening that morphes the photos on the wall in the first scene...can you say....COOL!?! My favorite was the new bride...she is scary and freakin amazing. I love how the photos of her hubbys heads are there one sec and gone the next. When I heard her speak " I do, I do...I did...I laughed my buns off...how clever!?!

That evening, we dined at one of my Faves Wolfgang Puck Cafe...Yummmmy!

While at MGM, we saw the Jedi Training Show! So cool! Our son begged us to stay for the next show to see if he would get chosen to be in the training class....and guess what?

The show was so amazing! The kids get to fight and learn important life lessons like never give up. Master Yoda was cool! I totally think all kids should give this a try. Parents, my tip is to arrive early and have your kids stand in the front. When the shows starts and they ask the audience who wants to be in the Jedi Training Academy, jump and scream and waive your hands...it works!

Monday, Animal Kingdom and our final day

We wanted to try the Yak and Yedi restaraunt.


It was okay..no complaints about the food from me. My sweetie says that she wont order the jasmine rice again, she said it tasted like tacos??! :ROFLOL:We both enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken (mine with brown rice). It was yummy, but the portions could have been alittle more.

We thought it was cool that they offered cardboard drinking straws. I wont tell ya what we thought we were drinking out of :zipit:.

Prior to our departure, we stopped off at051.jpg

and we shared a warm brownie sunday. I do have a pic but it's too large and was gone too quick! It was like heaven.

Now, there are many pics not posted because of my fatigue...all in all, we had another Magical monthly trip! I will leave you with the goodbye signs from it's a small world...Thanks for reading!

Very fun!

The Big Thunder Mountain shot was great! I especially love shots of food. I am a huge fan of cheese as well, so the Wolfgang picture made my mouth water. :slurp:

So nice to make a trip once a month. I wish I could make sure I get there once a year. . . But you can help with your monthly reports! I look forward to the next one - it looked like you had a great time. :wave:
