Everyone will be wrong at some point. I would never eat crow but I would offer to eat an item of the victor’s choosing from Cosmic Ray’s.

Any. Menu. Item.
Thank god Walt’s chili was buried again…

Lol well you had predicted PTN might come to WDW awhile back, so you would get the gold star if it actually happens lol. So no crow for you lol, maybe a Dole Whip? Citrus Swirl? 🙂

A Magic Kingdom nighttime light parade is just a myth that the elders tell to children, like a certain magical tooth collector or a jolly toy-making elf. Adulthood brings the cruel realization that none of them have ever existed or ever will.

That’s not a punishment.

I don’t know what the hell is going on with a night parade at the moment. It takes this company so damn long to do anything even when they are planning to. I know it’s never been the plan to NOT have a nighttime parade forever. But, I’ve given up on estimating a return. They slow-walk everything. We are finally scoping out the Moana plot now that we hav basically nothing for the next 2 years? Ugh.

I’m afraid you have failed the senility test and will have your membership here closed at 11:59 pm tonight.

Goodbye and it wasn’t good for you and definitely wasn’t good for me.

Oh, back in my day, they didn't have no fancy "senility tests." We just relied on good old common sense and a healthy dose of forgetfulness. Why, I remember the time I tried to put on my shoes as gloves and ended up walkin' around the whole day like that! And let me tell ya, that wasn't good for my feet or my dignity, but it sure gave everyone a good laugh, heh.

Now, where was I? Oh yeah, these newfangled contraptions and tests, they're all just a bunch of hooey if you ask me. I mean, who needs to remember every little thing anyway? Life's more fun when it's a bit of a mystery, like tryin' to find your way out of a corn maze after a squirrel stole your map. And don't even get me started on those self-checkout machines at the store. Why, I tried to scan a bag of marshmallows as a parrot once – let's just say the cashier wasn't too pleased!

So, you can take your memberships and tests and all that rigmarole and toss 'em in the wind, because I'll be over here havin' a grand old time, sippin' on prune juice and playin' chess with my invisible friend, Gerald the Giraffe. Remember, life's like a pickle – it's full of twists, turns, and a whole lot of brine! Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got a date with a nice slice of butterscotch pie and a nap in my hammock shaped like a shoelace. Ta-ta!

On this magic night…

Way better than “When We Do This Again” lol. Not a bad song but what on earth does that have to do with Painting The Night? Lol. PTN needs a original song. Something I hope happens on PTNs next run, wherever that is.

I liked PTN’s duel theme of When Will We Do This Again and Baroque Hoedown. Since PTN is at the end of the day I feel like the parade is reminiscing on the day you had at DLR and asking you “When Can We Do This Again?” I’ve always felt that DLR is more informal and casual in the atmosphere and thus the soundtrack fits DL. MK however casts a far more regal and distinguished appearance (especially on MSUSA and the castle) that it deserves a more formal theme to its entertainment. The Waltz of Spectro was perfect, and I continue to hope that someday we get a parade that is a successor to Spectro in the same way PTN is to MSEP.

Hmm, Do you think a parade really isn’t happening yet despite what @wdwmagic had said? Maybe things are, still, not set in stone?

If TBA is opening next year, I doubt the electrical parade would return too near to her opening. I doubt it would open in party season either. Anything before Memorial Day ‘24 is probably too soon.

I’ve always been told it will come back at some point. I do know they are presently thinking about 2024 marketing so a “new” parade could easily slot in for Memorial Day 2024. If they want.

Well if @wdwmagic is correct and they really are moving forward, then a parade must at least be in consideration for the 2024 marketing. But, we know how things get cut and up to the last minute.
