I couldn't agree more...but maybe it's because I actually like the concept of the Laugh Floor Comedy Club.:)
As do I... I have a feeling it will be an overwhelming success! If they work it up as good or better than Turtle Talk, I think you'll see it packed. TT appears to be a much better success than they dreamed and personally I think they should add more than one theater.

I'm really looking forward to the Laughfloor. Turtle Talk seems really amazeing but I doubt that I am the target demographic for it.

This attraction seems like a great way to useing existing technology on a larger audiance.

You must always be there at 5 minutes before closing. Don't you know that SGE always has 190 minute waits and every guest that sees it absolutely adores the show? :lookaroun
I don't know how I do it but I manage to miss those 190 minute waits every time!

Turtle Talk is amazing, and I think it is so popular because it's something everyone in the family can enjoy together.

The little ones love it because they get to have an actual back and forth conversation with Crush himself... how cool is that for them?

Meanwhile, the older kids and adults in the room are usually just having too much fun laughing at some of Crush's very funny jokes (definitely not just for children) and trying to figure out how exactly they do it---the technology is awesome.

You might want to go soon if you're there just to see COP.

Carousel of Progress isn't going anywhere anytime soon as far as I know. Corrus...Lee can you help out on this one? :veryconfu

So... back on topic...

What do you think of the idea of another Pixar film adapted into a Tomorrowland attraction? Think about it, all that is left is the TTA and the Tomorrowland Speedway (and Cars is on the way for that). I'm not going to call it Pixarland, but I am curious to see what others think of this expected change...:lookaroun

Well you still have Space Mountain, Astro Orbitor, and Carousel of Progress left. As long as the attractions are done well, most people are quick to forgive excessive character additions. But if the Laugh Floor is closer, in terms of quality, to SGE than Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, THEN you'll start to see some serious complaints :). Hopefully that won't happen.

No, he was talking about character attractions in general.

In the end, Space Mountain will be updated and the TTA's audio track will too. Basically, this will leave the Carousel of Progress as the most *original* ride in Tomorrowland. When I say original, I mean most unaltered so far (it has been changed once since it moved to WDW- from Now is the Time to There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow). Tomorrowland has changed, in some ways for the better.

Sure, I would love to be able to take a Delta Dreamflight again rather than trying to black Zurg in the face with a gigantic laser pointer. Sure, I would love to be able to say that I did Alien Encounter. Sure, I would love to be able to tell people to go experience the Timekeeper because it is such a great attraction- But, as Tomorrowland changes, we are given new opportunities to see the future that never was. Lately, I have been keeping an open mind about the changes made in Tomorrowland (other than the idea of a Cars themed Indy Speedway) because hating an attraction so much as to never ride it again would be demeaning to Disney and the ideal of a Disney experience.

Just because I cannot stand Stitch's Great Escape or the smell of Imagineer's Engineered Chili Dog, doesn't mean that I won't go and do it again if there isn't a line. :animwink:

Well I doubt that the update of Space Mountain will involve cartoon characters and I personally don't think we will see any changes to the TTA for quite a while. Just my opinion.

I would be against that as well, but only because I think Cars deserves something much better than the Indy Speedway.

What? :veryconfu

I'm sorry, but I think that makes no sense whatsoever

You are once again provoking a fight and that is not appricated. Jedimaster1127 is a respected member of this forum who brings alot of good information to the discussion.
Actually... he's not and he doesn't bring anything to the forums. He brings stuff written in other locations and has some need to be seen as an insider.

Anyone remember Bill? Sounds familiar, huh? I'm just waiting on "Jon" to make an appearance.
