I agree anything can happen. But I'm calling a sweep for Detroit tonight. Yankees aren't clicking right now.

A-Rod should bat for the Yanks tonight and see if he can do something after a terrible postseason.
Since I'm pulling for Detroit in the ALCS...I was hoping A-Rod would play tonight. The Tigers need that easy out. :D

Watching Game #3 of NLCS right now. Looks like we're gonna have our first low-scoring game of this series. I personally enjoy the 6-4 & 6-1 ballgames better, like we saw in games 1 & 2.

2-1 Cardinals in the 6th inning.

New rumor that talks between the Marlins and Yanks could get serious discussing an A-rod trade. Interesting, but do the Marlins have enough money to pay this guy?

To fill A-Rod's shoes, the Marlins/Yanks could hire ME...even pay me a couple million less per season...and I will gladly come to the plate with bases loaded & strike out A-Rod style.

Rain delay in St. Louis right now, bottom of the 7th with the Cards winning 3-1 over San Fran.

I must do some Yankees bashing, as an Orioles fan.

First off, serves them right with Cheater Jeter and A-Rod. They broke Nick Markakis's thumb!

Second, A-Rod cheated in baseball and on his wife.

Third, since the Orioles and Nationals are out of it, I'm cheering for whoever is playing against the Yankees.

That is all I have to say about the situation.

Also, it was funny, because when using the voice control to send a text on my phone, it put Derek Cheater when I said Derek Jeter.

Cheater Jeter? What did he do? I agree with you on A-roid though

I don't think they'd want to because they paid for Reyes, Bell, and Lee and still were in last place in the NL East. That's just what the Marlins need: another player that costs money and still underachieves.

When batting, he likes to step out of the batting box after the pitch has been thrown to try to get it called a ball. I saw him do this at Camden Yards. However, it got called a strike. :D Served him right. He's done some other stuff too; I just can't think of what it was off the top of my head.

At Cal Ripken's anniversary game (The anniversary of the games when he broke the record for most consecutive games and his statue was unveiled) the Orioles fans were completely brutal to the Yankees. Normally, we get a lot of Yankees fans coming down from New York from the weekend, so it ends up being half Yankees fans half Orioles fans, but Orioles fans snatched up the tickets for this game. They were yelling at A-Rod about cheating on his wife, on Joba Chamberlain, calling him Joba the Hut (even though as a loyal Star Wars Fan, I must point out the Joba is spelled wrong; in Star Wars, it's Jabba, but whatever, I was thinking the same thing before they even said it), telling him that he was fat and needed to go take a run, that maybe he wouldn't be out of breath by the time he rounded second base, etc. Normally, Orioles fans are pretty good, but when it comes to the Yankees, watch out.

It's actually funny in Baltimore because the Red Sox fans come to the Yankees/Orioles games just to boo the Yankees. I'm not kidding.

I just really HATE the Yankees. I don't even mind the Red Sox as much as the Yankees. Or Tampa Bay. Or Toronto. Or any other team. The only thing that's worse are the Pittsburgh Steelers, but that's football anyway. And if I have a choice, I'd rather see the Mets win. They're the lesser of the two evils.

Haha I'm a huge Yankee fan but I can't stand half of the Yanks fans. Most of them are front runners and aren't true fans. I've always been a Yankee fan and I'm from NY so yea.

Adults. Can you believe it? Many of them were college age, but a lot were older. The kids tend to be the ones who want to be good sports. The teens were just sitting back and shaking their heads. There was a lot of general "You suck" yelling going on too. I'll admit that I am not above yelling "You suck" at the Yankees, though I won't at other teams, besides MAYBE the Red Sox. MAYBE. This is not typical of Camden Yards. We just hate the Yanks.

We did win that game by the way...

We at Camden Yards do not like Yankees fans either. They tend to be rude and take over our ballpark. They started yelling "Derek Jeter!" and then the Orioles fans yelled back "Sucks!" to get them to stop.

Now that we have a good team, all of the Orioles fans are snatching up the Yankees tickets next year just to prevent this.
