Are you a cubs fan or something? Because I'll say it again, the Cardinals have the second most trips to the World Series behind the Yankees.

So what?

The Marlins have the best playoff series winning percentage of any team with multiple trips to the postseason.

The Braves have the most consecutive division titles of any team in history.

The Royals have won more world championships since 1984 than any professional baseball team in western Missouri.

Numbers can say anything you want them to.

But I'm willing to portray a bit of sportsmanship, which is something you are having trouble with. I would prefer the Cardinals win, but come World Series time, I would rather see the Tigers win it all. Good job Cards...so far. There, happy?

I guess so. But I'm not the only Cardinals fan who hates the Astros. ALOT of Cardinals fans have a grude against them in what has become the "Juice-Beer" rivalry. Similar to the Cards/Cubs rivalry. So, pretty much all Cardinals fans are hostile to sportsmanships with Cubs or Astros. However, next year we will welcome the Braves with open arms since they eliminated the astros ( it was hilarious to see the Cards fans doing the chop out of respect for the Braves ).

Have you ever been to a Cardinals game? Sure, there's always going to be the drunken lunatics, but Cardinals fans have a big reputation as the best fans in baseball. Its been said many times by many players. The Astros fans, they boo Albert Pujols when he comes to bat because they were sore about game five. At one point, a pitch almost hit Albert, and they cheered ( he then later hit a game winning HR heh heh heh heh... ) when he really is one of the classiest players in baseball. I've also read of some horrible things visiting cards fans have had to put up with Astros fans.

Yes, I have been to a Cardinals game before. Yes, they do have the reputation for being the "most knowledgeable" fans in the game, not necessarily the best. And yes, I've seen drunk fans at a Cardinals game that were obnoxious. Every team has them. Don't tell me that there is not a Cardinal fan that didn't ride Jeff Bagwell in the day, or Barry Bonds, or any other player they wanted to badger. It happens. Dude, I like the Cardinals (not my favorite, but I like them) and I have enjoyed watching them play in St. Louis in years past, but you've got to exhibit a little bit of sportsmanship and class here. You're dragging your team down.

But when they play well, you gotta give them their props. As much as I hated when the Braves played real well (or in this case the Mets), dammit I had to hand it to them that they just do what they do right.

He is not. He has LOST pounds since he started doing so well. Plus he's been tested several times, yet Bonds has beefed a considerable amount and WAS on steroids.

Just as Giant fans will tell you that Barry is clean.

The point being here is that if you say Bonds' boos are "deserved", then you're no better of a fan than all those "losers" down in Houston.

Aaaand our contest comes down to ONE game. If the Cardinals get it done at Shea tomorrow night, then Chris will earn 3 points for correctly picking the series plus the bonus and sneak out the win in this game. If the Amazin's take the pennant tomorrow, Laura will clinch the game with her 5th straight correct pick and have the chance to pad her lead in the World Series.
