I usually run hidden. I have had 2 stalkers who were members and this way they don't bother me.

And I think I found a recipe for you... I'll type it out

Southwestern Chicken Stew


One 16 ounce can of pinto beans
2 cups diced, cooked chicken breast
1 1/2 cups frozen kernal corn, defrrosted
one 19 ounce can of chicken broth (2 cups)
1 1/2 cups chunky salsa (whatever heat you desire)
1 1/2 teaspoons chili seasoning
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Combine pinto beans, chicken and corn. Add broth and salsa and mix well to combine. Stir in chili seasoning and parsley flakes. Cover and cook on low 6 -8 hours. Mix well before serving.

Thank you! I'll have to give that a try soon! Sounds like something DH would love, what with all the chili and salsa :slurp:

Ok, now that I know what you kinda like I'll keep looking and PM you with more when I fend them. Don't feel badly if they aren't to your taste, they aren't my recipes. :lol:

catching up, MJ and I are watching Narnia, though I may have to turn it off if it is too scary for her....she is so out of it today though. I have to wait for HP 4 until she's asleep...
