Not if she ever wanted to visit my house she wouldn't. :lookaroun :lol:

I'm actually pretty lucky in the MIL dept. She's a sweetheart... she rarely pushes for anything - (except asking us to cancel our disney trip the first week of may so she could show lizzy off at her company picnic... which turned out to be a disaster... but that's another story) :lookaroun :lol:

She's pretty much a tomboy herself so I'm blessed.

My FIL (the creepy guy on the far left in the blue shirt) on the other hand has been dubbed Satan. He would do anything to make himself look good and his boys/me look bad. But that is a tale for another day...

Annnnyway... I'll catch up with y'all tomorrow. :wave:

Dana... I really am sorry for your loss. Believe me when I say I know what it's like to have to bring a loved one off a ventilator/life support. :(

On a positive note, buses aren't running (fog), so no school today. PLUS, no school tomorrow! P.A. Day, and believe it or not, my sister's prom. :eek: :sohappy:

So we've been swamped AND shorthanded at work this week and it's been really cutting into my MJ-time...which is completely unacceptable. :rolleyes: I vowed last night NOT to let it happen today :D

and I won't be here much today. :cry: or even the next few days. I might not be back until maybe Tuesday. :eek: We are comeing back Sunday but DH is off of work Monday if he doesn't decide to go in anyway.:shrug:

Blueberry Bread Pudding

What you'll need:
12 slices cinnamon swirl bread (remove crusts if you'd like)
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup blueberries (it calls for 1 cup, but I use 1 1/4)
12 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup sugar
Confectioners' sugar for garnish

1) Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Place half the bread cubes in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
2) Cut cream cheese into 1-inch cubes. Scatter evenly over bread. Top with blueberries, then remaining bread.
3) In a large bowl, beat eggs with whisk. Add milk, maple syrup and sugar; mix well. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
4) Remove baking dish from refrigerator and preheat oven to 350. Bake bread pudding covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. The pudding is done when a knife inserted into the center shows no liquid. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving, if desired.
