What you'll need:
12 slices cinnamon swirl bread (remove crusts if you'd like)
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 cup blueberries (it calls for 1 cup, but I use 1 1/4)
12 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup sugar
Confectioners' sugar for garnish

1) Cut bread into 1-inch cubes. Place half the bread cubes in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish.
2) Cut cream cheese into 1-inch cubes. Scatter evenly over bread. Top with blueberries, then remaining bread.
3) In a large bowl, beat eggs with whisk. Add milk, maple syrup and sugar; mix well. Pour over bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
4) Remove baking dish from refrigerator and preheat oven to 350. Bake bread pudding covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 35 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. The pudding is done when a knife inserted into the center shows no liquid. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving, if desired.

Hey girly! :) I was thinking of you this morning... :lol: I woke up super early and had a faint thought pass through my mind... "Is this how early Steph has to get up every day?" *groan* :lol: LOL Then I laughed at myself for thinking of my MJ'ers before my family or normal life people. :lol:

And that bread pudding does sound amazing... I've been wanting to try it out for awhile, maybe I'll whip it up on Saturday night and then throw it in the oven Sunday morning - I don't have to diet on Mother's Day right? :lookaroun :lol:

I do believe it is a law...in most states anyway. No dieting on Mother's Day...for Mothers anyway :king:

OT: I talked to the twins last night...they have their Preschool Graduation next week. :( One of them asked me "Are you coming to our Graduation, Nee Nee?" (That's what they've always called me, even after they could say my name :o ). I said "Well, I sure hope so!" (thinking they meant "graduation" graduation) She said "You're coming to see us next week?! Yay!" *knife in the stomach* :( I had to explain to them AND promise to call them that day from "Mickey's park". :rolleyes:

It's so hard them growing up back there w/out me. :cry:

YAY! :sohappy: It's between Blueberry bread pudding... or blueberry pancakes... either way I have to make them b/c if I was to get breakfast in bed from DH and DD it would either be a McD's sandwhich or toast. :lol:

What's really funny is that their parents still call me Nee Nee too...and now DBF has latched onto it and has started calling me it. :lol:
