You're very right.
My brother is turning 19 and he's a smoker. Luckily, he doesn't really smoke a lot right now, but yeah it's still gross. I warn him that he better never get in my car after he'd just smoked :lol:People never think it can happen to them . . .until it does.
Aside from the health issues involved, I can't believe what people are paying for a pack of cigarettes. Mind boggling!

Quick hello -
Dana I'm sooo sorry. ((((HUGS))))
So funny, but so right, that smokers are almost treated like pariahs now.
I love the little clusters of employees you see outside of businesses, often huddled together in bad weather, just for that blasted cigarette that they're no longer allowed to smoke inside. They look so pathetic.
Hello! 7 more days of Mom's visit.....Hello Fishy.
When Mike worked in hospital pharmacy, he would have to pass through a tunnel of smoke to get in the hospital. Ironic, isn't it?![]()
My uncle passed away a few years ago from a stroke, all resulting from his battle with lung cancer. His profession: pediatric oncologist. :brick:When Mike worked in hospital pharmacy, he would have to pass through a tunnel of smoke to get in the hospital. Ironic, isn't it?![]()
:brick:I know...my grandpa smoked till the day he died, even though the bone cancer he had was literally disintegrating his spine. Even after he passed, my SIL (who smokes) still wasn't willing to admit the cancer was because he smoked. Both of my brothers smoke also, and one of my nieces does as well - and she has asthma. :brick: :brick:

That was probably our most favorite CS place.I know what you mean.
They changed the laws here in regard to smoking in front of businesses. I'm not sure exactly, but I think that you now can't smoke within so many feet of the entrance anymore.
