MJ's Love Bugs

I just found out from Joel's preschool teacher that she is taking next year off work to pursue additional schooling, specifically in dealing with autism. I feel so blessed that Joel was able to have her for his entire time in preschool - I want to get her a gift as a thank you, but I don't know what.
That is sweet of you.

Jenny, How about something monogrammed... like a cute bag or something fun. Something she can take with her always - but will use and remember Joel by. :)
Yeah, maybe a large bag or something that she could but her books and needed teaching files in that she can take to and from school/teaching?

How about something monogrammed or a nice gift certificate to a resturant or something... or maybe for a mani/pedi?

I should get her something Disney, since Joel has said 'Mic-key Mouse' when she tries to get him to name something he likes (usually she prompts him, but she knows he loves it. :animwink: ).
BTW, did I tell you all how Joel is starting to sing along to Disney songs? We have these CDs we play in our car, and he sings along on the way to school. Tries very hard to make the sounds he hears, and occasionally we get the right words too. One of his favorites is 'Topsy Turvy' from Hunchback.

Anyways... I've got a plumber that's showing up any second here...

I'm getting 2 more estimates, just so we don't end up overpaying by a couple thousand dollars. :brick:

Sigh..

I'll be back once he leaves!

Wish me luck!

If anyone is interested in seeing my online photo album from our WDW trip, PM me your e-mail address and I'll send it to you. :D

Though beware of goofy poses.

PM sent. :D I love the one in your TR of Derek taking the 'pirate oath'.

Since he's turning into a pin trader, let me ask you something: is there a good website that explains all about pin trading. We're more interested in buying pins than trading them, but we'll have to see if that changes.

Invitation sent!

You know, I'm not sure about a Web site. I've heard people mention dizpins.com before. To be honest, we didn't know much about trading before we went. I had read somewhere that there are certain pins with hidden Mickeys that are not sold in stores, but given to CMs for the purpose of trading. DH, having the competitive spirit that he does, just kind of ran with it and thought of it as a game.
