OT:
Derek just called me. He was sent an article for work this morning and thought he had to share it with me. [He currently works for Department of Children Services (but only for two more weeks!) - so he is constantly reading things about s3xually transmitted diseases, abuse, etc.]
Beyond blisters: Herpes has an upside
Anyways... he got a kick out of it b/c of the expert quoted in the short article. :lol: His name just isn't right for the type of research he's doing...
(Oh, and I don't know why that last paragraph is bolded... it won't let me un-bold it. :shrug: )

I just got back from something wonderful! Hindsight is 20/20 and all... Part of me wishes we didn't go on the cruise... we could have used that $$ for the house... but then part of me realizes that Marc completely burned himself out between school and work, and needed that vacation just so he could have kept sane... life's full of choices...
Oh... made me wonder there for a second :lol:

The cruise was good for you..and you had no idea that this would happen and you would need the money..
Dont worry about it..things happen..but it will all be fine.

I just found out from Joel's preschool teacher that she is taking next year off work to pursue additional schooling, specifically in dealing with autism. I feel so blessed that Joel was able to have her for his entire time in preschool - I want to get her a gift as a thank you, but I don't know what.
