Hey Nibbs. It is official- on Feb 28 I am going to see Wicked!!:sohappy:

I've still never seen Wicked. I really want to though. And I've been contemplating reading the book too. The Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite movies...although it didn't always be...I used to be terrified of it.

In other news, our winter storm watch has just moved into warning mode, with the major snow starting around 5 tomorrow morning. Prediction: 6-12". I'll believe it when it happens...we have a light snowfall right now. I wouldn't mind a snow day tomorrow though, Joel has a cold and could use the extra rest...he's sleeping on the couch right now :snore: .

Sorry I can't stay really at all, but I thought I'd pop in for an update.

Today was the district Future Problem Solving (FPS) competition. After an amazing 2 hours of booklet work and a lazy 4 hours of skit work (I was dressed tin foil for two of them), my team WON the booklet competition (which is the one that matters).

WON. As in FIRST PLACE. As in WE ARE THE BEST.

I'm so hapy I could burst :sohappy:

We're going on to State in April and hopefully Internationals after that (they're in Colorado again this year).

Give it a try, if you want, but don't waste your time, if you get 150 pages in, and can't make heads or tails of it.
It is a heck of a lot easier just to watch the show. :lol:
