I just wanted to jump in and say that I have years of experience working with gifted kids. I am professionally blown away by all of you on this thread. Have you all ever told that you are incredibly funny, imaginative, and intelligent? I would say, with a great deal of experience...and respect...that you are all either gifted....

Not just diarrhea... diarrhea at 5:45 this a.m. Then he threw up a bit later... I've figured it out, though. The kids and the dog have worked out some sort of buddy system - they take turns making sure I don't ever get a good night's sleep. I think it's been about three months since I last made it through the whole night without one of them waking me up for something. Thank God I got rid of that *bleeping* bird I was stupid enough to buy in the first place!!
