Well, being Polish,Ukrankian, Irish and Italian (and living in NYC) I got the best of them all. My grandmother was a great cook (Ukranian) she taught me alot about cooking and baking. Just can't do the jellied pigs feet. :hurl:
Jellied pigs feet, doesn`t sound too apetizing  that`s ok,too this day I can`t bring myself to try Calamari and I`m ITalian LOL! Just can`t get passed the fact that it`s squid!:hurl: Now both of my older brothers have had it and say it`s very good, but I just get 20,000 leaugues under the Sea in my head everytime I even think of it and I can`t see eating those ugly tentacles lol!

My little one always asks for calamari when we hit Olive garden or Macaroni Grill. They rarely serve the tentacles...just nice little rings, fried with marinara sauce :slurp:, but then I'll eat anything over pasta with sauce, tentacles and all.

Wasn't his father called that meaning 'the dragon' when he joined some cult?

He was called dracula, meaning 'son of dracul'.

Or something like that.

So it was only Vlad dracula?

Do bugs drink water?
Why do dogs have black lips?
What's an anchovy, really? Do you know of any anchovy fishermen fleets? Have you ever seen a school of anchovies? Do they catch them with nets or poles?

Why is it that when you grill fruit on the same kebob as meat, the fruit gets hotter? Isn't 180 degrees the same whether it's fruit or meat?
What's a caper, really? Do they grow on trees or in the ground or what? I've never heard anyone say, "My uncle is a caper farmer," although I suppose it's possible that the really big caper farms are out in the Midwest, where you can look out your kitchen window and see nothing but little green balls for miles and miles.

Now THAT's what I call MINDLESS BANTER.

A friend and I were discussing this yesterday.... What made someone decide to eat something that came out of a chickens butt? Or drink what came out of a cow? I wonder what people have tried that DIDN"T catch on and what made them try it.
