Do we know if that's still the case this year? The after 4pm admission has always been a "Surprise and Delight" and isn't advertised on the ticket website. Now MK is closing to guest at 6pm with the party still starting at 7pm. Are we still expecting them to let guest in early with only a party ticket? Also, do we know if anything will be open from 6-7p while the normal day guests exit?
You get in at 6 and all the rides that are open for the party run 6-7.

How many tickets are available to sell for each party before it's considered sold out? I also wonder if certain rides are closed like during emh?

My understanding is that parties are limited to 25,000 guests. There are certain rides closed...they're usually listed on all the popular sites if you want to Google.

Yes you can still get in at 4 PM.

Expecting 25,000 people to enter all at once at 7 PM is madness.

Everything will be open from 6-7 PM. Even if they didn't let in party-goers at 4 PM, people with the party tickets and day tickets and the annual pass wouldn't be leaving the park. And it would be madness to kick them out for just one hour.

This year, with the non-ticket-holders being moved out at 6 PM... this means they don't get to see the castle lighting at 6:15 PM!

I wonder if they'll let them stay in the hub for that and then drive them out.
I was wondering what MK was going to do with Frozen Holiday Wish with the 6PM Closing.
I could be wrong of course but I don't think 6 is a "Hard Close" so no CMs should get in the way of people wanting to see the 6:15 Lighting. If MK wanted a hard close they would just do the 8:15 I would think. Overnight Rehearsals are now planned: http://www.orlandoparksnews.com/2017/10/overnight-rehearsals-taking-place-at.html

The last time I was there for a party night, the CMs started pushing non-wristband guests to the exit a half-hour before the park was scheduled to close.

But apparently the new rules will let people stay on Main St until 7 pm... which negates any advantage in closing the park to day guests at 6 pm.

So one more party tomorrow and then is November 2nd the day you enter the park and Christmas decorations have appeared over night in place of Halloween?
