Well, when Rudish says that new shorts are coming in summer, then that means June through September. And since we're now into June, then I have to assume that things are complete now, at least for this month, if not later.
Something coming in Summer can mean anytime during the summer season, not necessarily at the very beginning, very middle, or very end of summer.
As others have told you just because it’s not announced yet doesn’t mean it’s not happening. In addition as has been said that site is not official. Disney doesn’t always announce everything coming to D+ way ahead of time. They may only announce it within the same month they release it.
The buildings look a little too far away from City Hall (or the Five and Dime) to merit the need for it to be part of the queue.
So they’ve kept “us” apprised of Season 2’s release date, imagine that.
