Whether people like the show or not is beside the point (I personally can take the show or leave it). The point I'm making is that they haven't made any new episodes of the show in order to keep it in the public eye. They stopped the original show in 2019, after Russi Taylor's passing, and it seems that "The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse" just kind of came and went.
You are making up weird distinctions to support your conclusion. By this summer there will be 20 more shorts since you claim they stopped. A new name doesn’t change that they are being made.

Where did you hear that new shorts are being made? Wouldn't they have said something about it by now?

While I am not that big of a fan of the character designs they chose to use for the ride, that to me, is a minor nitpick. I found the version in Florida to be simply delightful and charming. Has some flaws such as big warehouse style empty rooms with sterile floors that are not themed among others, but its cute. I do hope though since its getting a building built for it specifically, they do make some changes from the florida version to make the Disneyland version its own thing. Some show scene upgrades or additional scenes not in florida would be nice. But this is a welcome addition to ToonTown as a whole and I am crediting it as saving ToonTown.

My point is, the show doesn't matter when it comes to the attraction. The story of the attraction itself is relatively timeless, IMO, and easily updated as needed.

The characters are iconic. The concept of Mickey Mouse and Friends, Mickey Shorts, Mickey adventures, aren't going out of date.

So regardless of these specific shorts ending now, or in five years, or in twenty, I think this ride will be just fine.

"On September 14, 2020, Disney announced that the series will be succeeded by the Disney+ original series The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse, with Paul Rudish returning as executive producer.[1]"

Some people LOVE the new cartoons and art style, and thus love the choice of utilizing it for this attraction. Some HATE the new cartoons and art style, and do not love the use of it for the attraction.

I personally love the new cartoons, love the art style, and think it's great. I also don't really think it's going to have any issue with becoming dated, no more so then any attraction. Mickey and Friends are iconic, regardless the art style used.
I like the shorts and style too, but the current character designs won’t stick around forever. It will be phased out eventually just like the Clubhouse designs were, just like every other design was. The only styles that are consistently paid tribute to are the classic 30s design and the design introduced in the 40s with Fantasia. Even then, they never return wholesale.

Ten new shorts are expected this summer. Productions start and stop. TV shows do not constantly have new episodes and go months between seasons.

But you would think that they would keep us apprised of anything of the sort, wouldn't you, like they did with "The Mandalorian"? We haven't heard anything about them being renewed for another season, have we?

I find the dated argument rather... dated.

Especially among Disney fans, who's favorite rides are built off of dated IP's and nostalgia.
A great ride will hold it's own, no matter the material used.
The question isn't in the animation but if the ride is actually a great ride itself.

Mickey's design will continue to follow suit of everything else in society... 'edgey' idiotic minimalism to the point of no character, heart, or care put into it.

Paul Rudish did an interview with Animation Magazine for their Jan 2021 issue, he stated 10 new episodes will be released this summer:

Two new shorts roll out on Disney+ each Friday, and 10 shorts overall will premiere this season. Then, 10 more shorts are scheduled to debut this summer.

So they are keeping "us" apprised.

Then why haven't we heard more since then? That article was from just before the show debuted.

The point is that there more episodes coming out, they are done and ready to release. Once they are ready they will provide a schedule. Just because you didn’t know about it doesn’t mean it wasn’t happening.

Anyways the larger point is they are keeping this version of Mickey in the public consciousness so as to keep the attraction relevant. In fact the article I provided has Rudish specifIcally saying they are and will be using the Disney Park and lands specifically at Disneyland for inspiration for the shorts. So no they won’t be dated, not for a long time anyways.

They must not be coming in June, then, because I looked at the schedule for June (https://whatsondisneyplus.com/whats-coming-to-disney-in-june-2021-us/) and as far as I know, nowhere did it mention anything about a return of "The Wonderful World of Mickey Mouse". And July and August aren't looking too good either.

Once again, you have come to a conclusion so you are ignoring anything that does not fit and stretching others to make it fit. That website says right on it that it is not official and the information is not complete. New shorts have been made since 2019 and when they are released doesn’t really matter.
